I think it's cool to register how exactly how many reps you can do at a maximum number of excersizes. My gym is designed to fit in a room. I have 45's, 35's, 25's 15's and 10's. One day I'd like to get the adjustable ones. When I have records I am motivated to beat them when I work out. I also get to record my progress.
